It’s sort of funny how we negotiate our co-existence with semi-domesticated animals living in the city. New laws passed in North Miami prohibit roosters, but a last-minute change allows people to feed feral cats, which they were considering outlawing.

allowing people to feed feral cats is ridiculous and a serious problem. Just look up Toxoplasmosis and then get back to me.

It’s like the state cutting down all the citrus trees in peoples back yards… so they have to buy fruit. Every neighborhood should have a community garden… chickens, roosters and all. we need to get back to the land in an really green way.

Looked up toxoplasmosis and looks like it requires cat to eat the rare infected rat and then cat’s blood making contact with human blood. What are you doing with these cats, Mike?!
