Wow, the state of Florida is deliberately trying to slow down enrollment to its public universities.

“It should be obvious by now that Florida’s universities have been populated by imbeciles anyway,” a spokesman for the state Department of Education told reporters. “Half the kids who graduate can’t even spell ‘enrollment,’ so why bother trying to bolster it?”
This is a good thing. Right now a degree from a Florida university doesn’t mean much unless you’re in the state. Nobody outside of Florida thinks highly of FIU/UCF/etc. because well, damn near everyone gets in.
