What does this say about Miami? Do we have poor planning, or mad love for sports?

I’ve been to a Marlins game; attendance was pretty low.

And let us not forget Miami’s beautiful Marine Stadium on Key Biscayne:

Not being sarcastic, that place has beauty.

Tell me I’m just gullible and that there isn’t talk about a stadium on Virginia Key.

The weird thing is, that I’ve generally thought of the Miami culture to be pretty neutral/apatheic when it comes to sports. We’re not a city of rabid sports fans.

We need to do something with that urban blight known as Miami Arena!
