There are two good designs that won the design competition from a couple of years ago and they are ready-to-roll. The problem is that public works in the city is locked into these designs as the perfect compromise between lifeguard needs, (many of them are complaining), and hurricane survivablity. So, it will be difficult to adapt the designs from the competition.
