Fla panther crossing

Florida Panthers now number about 70. They cover about 5% of their original habitat. And eleven were killed last year, the most ever. (image: dotpolka)

    Yeah, I heard that. I was talking to a couple this past weekend that mentioned seeing a bobcat a few years ago. No more I suspect, even though it was a state preserve. Where can we get stats on wildlife deaths anyway? I might check into that for myself.
