rendering of citysquare, CCPA, some weird building

Speaking of the PAC, do I read this right, that Citysquare has been approved?

    Oh man, I had read about it on the MNT, but I had not seen it on the website…Stuff like really depresses me, its as if all these developers and politicians own us :-( what a crummy way to treat the ressidents

    They had the gall to ask the city for $200 million toward the garage. At least the mayor turned them down on that. I do agree that there’s a role to be played by a mall/big box retail anchor, though with Midtown about to open, this one’s a little redundant.

    Plus I don’t think the spot is great.

    As for the design/animated screens, it’s difficult for me to judge that from the renderings. Will have to wait and see.
