Miami airport to train all 35,000 workers to spot suspicious people.

    This may be a good idea if they train people to look for specific behaviors. (From the article it appears they may be doing that.) Otherwise there will be too many false positives, which will annoy the public, and the program will be abandoned—as was the infamous DHS campaign to encourage mailmen and meter readers to report anything suspicious.
